Nine new dwellings were proposed for the Bob’s Farm Site. Informed by the site’s history as a working farm and its location within the countryside, dwellings have been designed by Radley House Partnership using an agricultural vernacular. The resultant scheme will be one that is in keeping with the character of the area and which uses traditional materials and forms. While the architecture is quaintly traditional, these new homes will be sustainable while delivering spaces for modern living.
