The proposals involved removing a single dwelling on a large site to deliver a development of nine luxury homes. The proposed site falls considerably from its entrance onto Chilbolton Avenue down towards the northwest, delivering impressive views.
Radley House Partnership obtained planning permission for two tiers of development, which will continue the existing bands of development along Chilbolton Avenue.
The dwellings have been designed as well-proportioned family homes. They have also been informed by the local mix of building types and aim to reflect some of the more traditional architecture in the area and Winchester’s historic character.
