Development of a bespoke, replacement, 4-bedroom dwelling with separate double garage and office garden pavilion.
The traditional design of the villa-style house reflects better examples of neighbouring Victorian and Edwardian buildings, however, a contemporary rear wing, housing an open plan kitchen and living area, projects into and opens out to the gardens. The contemporary architectural design language of the kitchen wing, which includes zinc cladding and large format sliding and pivoting glass doors, is carried over to a small satellite garden pavilion for use as a home office. This space mirrors the kitchen wing and can also open out to the gardens, which have been artfully landscaped to a design by TGD Landscape to compliment the build.
