Development of four semi-detached, 4-bed houses in the Headbourne Worthy on the outskirts of Winchester, Hampshire for local developer Shorewood Homes.
This small infill development utilised the extensive ground of an existing bungalow, which has been retained at the entrance of the site. The new buildings were designed as simple, well-mannered, traditional style homes to suit the local vernacular with separate parking garages. As the site is steeply sloping, the houses have a split level plan with accommodation every half level. This results in the appearance of a modest two-storey building both front and rear.
