Walton Barns, Chichester
The conversion of two redundant 18th century barns located in Bosham, Chichester.
The barns were converted into high quality four bedroom properties with large, light, open living spaces. Within each dwelling modern interiors are juxtaposed with exposed historic timber posts and trusses, allowing the significant fabric of the barns to be safeguarded while referencing their former agricultural use.
The addition of new timber framed carports has helped to create an intimate courtyard between the properties with each having their own private garden.
