2023 has been another busy year at Radley House Partnership, with a large variety of new and continuing projects being undertaken. Some of our important projects that will run into next year include the repair and re-presentation of the Grade I listed Old Cloister at Winchester College, as featured in Country Life magazine back in February this year.
After a number of years, in both cases, ongoing work has come to an end for two large private estates located on the Solent coast and on the Isle of Wight. Work for these two unique projects has included extensive internal and external refurbishment, of which we will bring you more details in the new year.
On the developer side, numerous projects were successfully completed including the new-build development of thirteen dwellings at Spring Vale Road for local developer Shorewood Homes. This scheme, which comprised of six road facing brick and flint properties and a further seven brick-built dwellings off a new private drive, is typical of the small-scale development we undertake.
The four projects mentioned above are pictured below.
To assist with the workload, we are pleased to have welcomed two new members of architectural staff to our team this year, say hello Saeed and Nikesha! In the other direction we wish Alice well as she starts a period of maternity leave.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of us at Radley House. Bring on 2024!
