Exciting feasibility concept designs for a new contemporary museum building, located at a historic former aerodrome.
The architectural form of the building draws influence from the early canvas Bessonneau field hangers that were once located on the site, during World War One.
Internally the large, glazed façades draw the airfield and wider countryside into the exhibition space, to provide a contextual backdrop for the exhibited historic aircraft.
